I CAN RUN!


Finally I managed to get out and run last night without my damaged calf breaking down. I managed 6 KM happily with no pain or cramps, this is the first time in weeks since I damaged it.


I'm seriously behind on my run training now and need to really focus on this if the 70.3 & IM UK races are to be a success.


Anyway happy days!
