A good week's Training



Well this week has yielded well for my training log.





  • Swam 8KM in 3 sessions
  • Cycled/Turbo'd 110 miles
  • Ran 12KM (2 short sessions Friday & Saturday)
  • 2 weight, Core & stretch sessions
The running is good news now that my calf is on the mend. Rode for 2 hours today then ran 6 KM loop with no break down on my calf.



Now off to Tignes to ski a bit ...... well alot .......and to drink some beer!! Happy days!
